My work investigates technology, repetition, processing – a continuous spectrum that is constantly moving around, I am particularly interested in the relationship, the interplay between analog and digital working methods – a meeting place for simultaneous, overlapping systems. I see it as a form of incessant searching and discovery, a grinding way to engage with and become in the world. This guiding principle of constant change and what it brings, risk-taking and the acquisition of new skills underlies the diversity of practices, in which I constantly try to reveal a sense of movement. The discontinuities between different works and approaches are a result of what drives me forward.
This creates a center around process and materiality that I usually describe embodied until the process suffers towards its end, a feeling of getting to know something anew, until it is taken away.
